2026 STEMS CSA Agreements

By purchasing a 2026 STEMS CSA subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Please review each agreement carefully before completing your purchase.

Pickup and Delivery Agreement

I understand that the 2026 STEMS CSA season is anticipated to begin as early as Saturday, August 8, 2026, depending on growing season conditions. I acknowledge that the exact start date may be adjusted based on flower availability, weather, and other farming conditions.

If I select pickup, I understand that my bouquet share will be available every Saturday from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Lee’s Farm Stand in Wayland during the weeks included in my CSA subscription.

If I am unable to pick up my bouquet on a scheduled date, I agree to notify STEMS at least 24 hours in advance. With proper notice, I understand that I will receive a credit that may be used toward a future bouquet or another eligible STEMS purchase, subject to availability and any applicable credit terms.

I understand that STEMS cannot guarantee credits, alternate pickup arrangements, replacements, or refunds when less than 24 hours’ notice is provided or when a bouquet is not collected during the scheduled pickup window.

If I select local delivery, I understand that my bouquet will be delivered according to the delivery schedule and eligible service area provided during checkout. I am responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, along with any instructions needed to access the property.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, I agree to provide a safe, accessible, and weather protected location where the bouquet may be left.

I understand that STEMS cannot guarantee repeat delivery attempts, replacements, credits, or refunds when a delivery cannot be completed because of an inaccurate or incomplete address, inaccessible property, unsafe conditions, missing delivery instructions, or other circumstances outside of STEMS’ reasonable control.

CSA Share Agreement

I understand that I am committing to the 2026 STEMS growing season and agree to share in the seasonal nature of the CSA program.

I acknowledge that farming is affected by circumstances outside of STEMS’ control, including weather, pests, plant availability, crop performance, and other growing conditions. These factors may affect the varieties, colors, quantities, or types of flowers, herbs, greenery, and other seasonal elements included in each bouquet.

I understand that bouquet ingredients will vary throughout the season and that substitutions may be made based on what is freshest, most abundant, and available at the farm.

I acknowledge that the anticipated start date, distribution schedule, and bouquet contents may be adjusted when growing conditions require changes.

I understand that my CSA purchase reserves flowers, growing capacity, and production resources for the season. For this reason, my CSA purchase is nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Farm and Pickup Site Safety Agreement

I understand that visiting Lee’s Farm Stand or another farm or designated pickup location may involve inherent risks associated with an agricultural environment.

These risks may include exposure to weather, heat, rain, uneven ground, mud, plants, biological irritants, insects, vehicles, farming equipment, tools, structures, and other farm related conditions.

I agree to follow all posted instructions, parking requirements, pickup procedures, and safety guidelines while visiting a STEMS farm or pickup location.

I agree to remain within designated customer areas and understand that areas used for growing, equipment storage, farm operations, or staff activities may not be open to the public.

I accept the ordinary risks associated with visiting a farm or agricultural pickup location and agree to supervise any children, guests, or animals accompanying me.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that STEMS and its participating farm or pickup location partners will not be responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from my failure to follow posted instructions or from the ordinary and inherent conditions of an agricultural environment.
