Introduction to STEMS Flower Company

Sensational Teens for Entrepreneurial Mentorship of Students (STEMS) is an entrepreneurial flower farm venture founded by former Wayland High School student Catherine (Cassie) McGonagle. The STEMS team, comprised of high school and college student employees and their seasoned advisory team, meets weekly during the growing season to cultivate their crop and discuss branding, marketing, and business management to help them sell their bountiful harvest.
